Rodney is head roaster and owner with 12 years experience in the coffee roasting industry and 37 years in the hospitality industry working in hotels, restaurants and cafes. Learning to roast at Di Bella Coffee Roasting Warehouse in Sydney under the tuition of passionate and expert coffee roasters, Rodney has a natural talent for coffee roasting and uses a Probat Roaster to get the very best out of the beans.

Opening up Barefoot Brew Room in Byron Bay in November 2012, owners Dawn and Rodney work together to bring fresh roasted coffee to their cafe as well as directly to customers and wholesalers.
