Based in Byron Bay, our espresso bar, Barefoot Brew Room, is a place for people to meet, enjoy friendly service and specialty coffee. We have a commitment to consistently great tasting coffee and exceptional customer service. We are passionate about coffee, roasting our own blend, and also serve aeropress, pourover and cold drip.
We have a casual position available for a super friendly, sincere, passionate and professional coffee lover with excellent customer service skills to join our team. The ideal applicant will have experience with making coffee in high volume environment, be hard working, neat and tidy with a sense of initiative. The applicant will also be able to work unaided and as part of a small and friendly team.
Proven experience in hospitality is a must, as is the ability to laugh and have a good time whilst prioritising the customer experience.
