Blends

Dark Star
A dark espresso roast, this blend has a rich, dark cocoa start with a smooth body and hints of Apricot with a bright, spicy black pepper finish. Good for espresso and black coffee. Winner of Bronze for espresso based coffee in the Australian International Coffee Awards 2017.
Blend II
This award-winning blend of coffee gained bronze medals in milk based and espresso categories in the Golden Bean Awards 2013 and 2017. This is an extremely versatile blend roasted as a medium to dark roast, this coffee is medium in body with flavours of sweet caramel, milk chocolate, hints of hazelnut and subtle bursts of grapefruit.

Decaf

Colombia Cordillero Sugarcane Decaf
This Colombian Decaf uses the sugarcane decaffeination process allowing the beans to maintain sweetness and integrity of flavour. This decaf has a beautiful flavour profile with notes of dried apricot, banana and orange with a sweet plantain and sugarcane finish.

Single Origin

Colombia Volcano, Nariño
Produced by smallholders in rural areas surrounding the Galeras Volcano in Nariño. This Colombian regional coffee is fully washed, fermented for 20-25 hours and dried slowly. A balanced coffee with citric acidity, notes of stone fruits, dark chocolate and caramel
Colombia La Flecha
This microlot coffee is 100% Castillo and was picked following strict cherry ripeness criteria. Colombia La Flecha beans have flavours of grapefruit, stone fruit and sweet caramel.
Ethiopian Muda Tatesa Natural Guji
This Grade 1 coffee is a speciality Microlot from the Oromia, Guji Zone, in the Uraga District of Ethiopia. This coffee uses the Natural process with hand processing and drying on parchment. This gives the coffee its unique taste with citrus flavours of Mandarin and Mango with dark chocolate and honey notes.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
A distinctive Ethiopian bean with its own specific regional characteristics. This coffee is extraordinarily bright with citrus, spice and some floral characteristics and rich intensity finding Kumquat and Jasmine in the cup. Definitive and offering remarkable clarity and finish, this is a brilliant single origin espresso bean.
