This Grade 1 coffee is a speciality Microlot from the Oromia, Guji Zone, in the Uraga District of Ethiopia. Natural coffees undergo hand sorting to remove the coffee cherries before being spread out on drying tables, raked out hourly and dried out over 10-12 days.
This coffee uses the Natural process with hand processing and drying on parchment. This gives the coffee its unique taste with citrus flavours of Mandarin and Mango with dark chocolate and honey notes.
