We entered the Golden Bean Roasters 2018 Competition for Australia and New Zealand Coffee Roasters and came out with awards for 2 of our blends and a filter coffee award! Barefoot Roasters owner and head roaster, Rodney, went to the awards in Port Macquarie and came back with a big smile and 4 bronze medals:
– Bronze for Blend II in the milk based category
– Bronze for Pablo blend in the milk based category
– Bronze for Pablo in the espresso based category
– Bronze for Nicaragua Washed filter coffee category
This year we have created a new blend “Pablo” and are trying new single origin blends from some of our favourite coffee farms, including from South American Bean who directly import coffee from their farm in Colombia. Pablo has 2 Colombian beans in the blend and is one of our favourites. Shop our award winning coffee here
